network adb in beagleboard

since rowboat gadget driver does not works for me. so i choose use network adbd for my beagleboard-xm.

target:
setprop service.adb.tcp.port 5555
stop adbd
start adbd

windows:
adb connect xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5555

done.
